All but one lady is extremely rude here. I came for 3 months, 4 times a week, 2 times in the AM, 2 times in the PM, and always received absolutey pitiful service. They conssistently charged me for a large combo and didn't upside the drink or Bo rounds/fries. I would take it back in and tell them, one girl would never even say I'm sorry, always could tell she didn't care and was mad. My wife has received the same service on her visits there. We love Bojangles and would love to see more employees valuing their customers who expect good service. No one is perfect, just do your JOB well.
