  THE FOOD IS GREAT! However, our hostess needs to get a different job. Twice, we (my boyfriend and I ) have entered and seen over 10 to 12 empty and clean tables.
  
  WHAT IS UP? .
  OUR WAIT TIME WAS 45 minutes.
  PEOPLE all around waiting to be seated at a table., yet there sit the empty tables.

  I can assure you my review is fair and true. First of all, I usually enjoy Chilli's. They have some of the best appetizers (outside of their fried cucumber/pickles). Love the Southwest eggrolls, cheddar bites, and mini bacon ranch burger sliders. Having said that, I think this location is the problem. The service was very slow, but to be fair, we were warned by another customer going in that the service sucked. The girls hanging around the hostess stand up front were huddled together socializing, unprofessional, and rolled their eyes. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and had to wait forever to get it, and when I got it, it was almost too salty to eat. I ate it because I was hungry, and rather than have to risk sending it back and prolonging my wait, I toughed it out. It was also cold. My sister has ordered this same dish at Chilli's before and it is always lukewarm at best. I thought she was overreacting about the cold pasta. She was right! I don't know what's going on in the kitchen, but this needs to be fixed immediately.
